what stops you waiting till its got a big balance then going to bank and draining it yourself!!???
I don't use it so how would there be a big balance on it? It's been active for 3 years. It doesn't collect interest. And don't think 9 cents would collect that much anyways.

Cause it's Bancorp bank.. They do not have a bank location you can go into? And I'm mailing the card. Or they can just cancel the card I have now and request a new one via mail to their updated address and I'm not a dick.
You can easily call in and state your account been hacked, which would be noticed from a big ip change as well as address change and card being used in a different area, then they would freeze funds and reset everything and hand it over to you , especially since your info would be on the account. If someone needs an account, they could simply just apply for a account with internet based banks like ally or simple, or if they travel to the US alot (if they are outside of the country), going to a branch with the right documents can help them get an account.
