I'm not really in the market to buy silver for my collection, but if you offer me any 90%+ silver at a bargain price of 35 USD per troy oz, I will buy. I would use the best ask price at MtGox to value the BTC, which is about $1.05 at the moment, so I would give you 25.78 BTC per silver dollar. I see that's much less than you're asking though.

That would be about 59 BTC per ounce of silver, including shipping, correct?

Not quite. Morgan and Peace silver dollars contain 0.77345 troy oz of silver each. Uncirculated, the coins weigh 26.73 grams (0.85939 troy oz) of which 90% is silver.

So 50 BTC per coin calculates to 64.65 BTC per troy oz of silver.

Morgan and Peace versions.. all in 'junk' shape.

50 bit coins each including shipping, I have 30 I want to get rid of.  Willing to negotiate if you want multiple.  Coins will be shipping from California.

I have a roll of silver nickels (35%) as well

Please email me if you're interested or post here if you have any questions.  Open to suggestions on keeping both parties safe.  (I know I am new here, though I do have a robust 'online' identity.. but I am willing to ship first to trusted members of the community if that's an issue)

Thanks
Geoff
