sorry I can not give vouch since it costs me money to generate the VCC but I can lower the price for the first purchases

As you know, verify a Paypal account, Facebook, Amazon amazon and others is a headache.
Banks offer cards, with which you can verify Paypal, but the transaction codes that paypal makes to the cards usually take between 3 to 5 business days to be able to obtain them in the account history, and many times the people of the banks do not know how go to that code, which further delay verification.
I am currently selling VCC Virtual Cards for Verification of
Paypal (for verification and greater limit of money movements)

It is clear that Paypal makes a small transaction transaction to debit or credit cards, money which will be returned to your paypal account, the money will be yours.
