They don't have a bank account tied to them, they are prepaid re loadable cards. They work in any country as long as the merchant accept visa

I have read on the forums that if a newbie is asking to discuss a deal on PM, email etc. Is a scammer so I would like to request all interested parties to post a reply here. Stating what card are you buying and the amount you want it loaded with. Delivery address(if you buy a physical plastic card) will be sent to me by PM of course.
Other personal info such as name to be printed on the card is to be sent to me by PM.
Note that vouch copies are cards that is loaded with $5.
