How do I fill up the account with money so it can be further used? Since not many cards are working.

I am interested but this sounds mighty suspicious to me. I know how hard it is to get google adsense passed and keep it that way. How did you prove residency ? Because i can't see how you could make so many accounts. They surely will be banned.
