I have at the moment a 15.61 USD one . You can't send the money balance from this type of visa card to another visa card with the same type so you can't combine the money balance from multiple visa cards like this ones .
What is the price? And can we combine the values of separate cards into one?
The card can't be loaded with more money you can use only the original balance on it and are issued by United States Bancorp bank .
Are these cards reloadable (can I add balance to it?) Are they issued by a US bank or some offshore?
