SCAM.

Scam, this is the second one today. Forwarded to theymos. He's banned for the time being.

Please verify, thanks.

The escrow address for DPony13 (the seller) and webr3 (the buyer) transaction would be:

1GMQXoozAnxBKNXDQbk178GFZC9gus2wUf - Bitcoin

Please state and agree to the conditions (It is 8000 XRP for 1.33 BTC) beforehand.

If possible, GPG sign your agreement to prevent any discrepancies later on and please ship with tracking to prevent problems during delivery. GPG signing is not a requirement, and any verbal exchange in the form of private messages or posts on bitcointalk.org, or email is effective as a ‘statement of condition’.

The fine print:
This Contract is solely generated for the purpose of facilitating the transaction between the seller and the buyer, which refers to the pseudonyms used on bitcointalk.org.
The escrow holder, John, assumes and gives no liability or guarantees on the satisfaction of all parties involved, although he agrees to mediate and facilitate the deal to the fullest extent he is capable of.  On the event that any problems arises, he will release the escrow to whichever party that presents him with the most convincing proof and/or after an open discussion with others or theymos.
The verbal acceptance by both parties (or the failure to reject) and the sending of Bitcoins to the escrow address above constitutes the acceptance of the terms and conditions stated, and the activation of this Contract.

Please understand that I am assuming the risk of holding the escrowed Bitcoins, and I am using my own time to facilitate this transaction.
If possible, please tip me at 1NB1KFnFqnP3WSDZQrWV3pfmph5fWRyadz .

Thank you.

You went quiet after I agree'd to escrow. I gave you an offer better than the market, and I'm a very trusted XRP seller and buyer who works in units of millions normally. Very strange that you didn't take the best offer, from a trusted trader, with escrow.

Hold on Im waiting for john

Okay, you may find the fee outweighs the transaction. I'm happy to make the deal public and put all details in the thread, that way my (and your) reputation hangs on the actions.

Simply send the XRP to rnW7DHtmZGJk4uhGTSU2BW3iPCPWb2xegg and give me your BTC address, the second it's received I'll send the 1.33 BTC to you and post the details here.

For the record, I offered DPony13 1.33 BTC for 8000 XRP.

I just bought 7000 XRP from DPony13, I started with a 1k trade and kept going up and he paid everytime.

Did he really default on his loan? is there anyway he can scam me after I received the XRP?

No I did not default

I am not a scammer

You have received the XRP

Thanks for the quick trade

DPony contacted me offering to sell me XRP, he stated he wanted me to send first because his rep was better than mine.

I did not find much of anything on him except defaulting on loans, I replied to him saying we will use escrow or he will send first, and I still have yet to get any response back....

 Take caution.

I paid back the first loan in full

as mentioned by Tomatocage

The second loan I paid in part

because the BTC price rose from $10 when I got it to $260

But as of now I am debt free

I google your name and see

DPony13 (Successful Loan! 2.5 BTC, Ended up defaulting on another loan)

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/need-2-btc-12-days-136132

"Now you have a 5BTC loan to pay back right?"

looks like you never paid loans back, sound fishy:
