The secret service guy seems to be the most bitcoin hostile person there. Mythili Raman seems reasonable even.
To sum it up so far - Law enforcement will continue to adapt to new technologies while balancing innovation with the need for fighting crime.
Actually, Tom Carper seems somewhat supportive by comparing it to the beginning of the internet and how people originally were fearful of criminal activity but now we all use it, mostly legitimately.
