It is possible to chargeback but it's harder, there will always be douchebags who chargeback, don't take people from someone sketchy.
It isn't reversible, however some really big douchebags issue a chargeback from their bank account, forcing paypal to reverse the sum.
What is the point of sending as gift? I hear no fee and not reversible. But i am questioning if this is correct. Does anybody know for sure?
