I think you need smsPVA.com[1] "a service providing a phone number you can send any SMS on and get a text of it."
you can rent a number for yourself here zadarma[2]
I hope I understood your destination.
I did not use these sites, but I have friends who recommend them, so you should search them before making payments.

+ I don’t know what they do after verification.

Nah, I suppose OP is talking about mass SMS sending. There are hosting web companies that offer this service for sms marketing or whatever. OVH has this. It could your best choice if you need reliability. So you may look around a web hosting provider with this service and using BTC
Another alternative is to buy a real phone number from a call center, for like $10/m

You mean like Twilio but with Bitcoins? You can get a virtual card and pay for Twilio.

There are sites that offer this service for free but the texts you revive are open to public viewing.
There are alternative apps that give you a private number with credits for sending and receiving texts but these usually cost. Not sure if they accept BTC but there are a few decent ones on the App Store.

Getting sms is still more important than sending sms. SmsReceived.online can receive SMS by paying with this Bitcoin on the site. You can also send sms to scrybasms.com.

Hi
I am looking for a website to send SMS to France, Spain, USA, and Brazil. And a few other countries.
I need a reliable website as seems there are many scams or non working websites.... business as usual with Bitcoin...
Even a non Bitcoin site would be OK because it seems very complicated what I ask for...!
Thank you for your help
