Is it possible to send BTC from a specific address? How to do it?
You can send bitcoin from any address you have in your wallet, except in case if amount of coins is smaller than minimum transaction fees.
I would suggest having a good address management and labeling properly, that would make it easier to use coin control option for sending coins.

Or maybe there is another way to transfer internally from address to address or from addresses to address or from address to addresses?
You can send coins to yourself, but you also have to pay transaction fees for this.
There is no way to move coins without that in self-custodial wallets.

And another question if in this case I specify an internal address or addresses when transferring, will that be okay?
Are you pertaining to your change address(es)?
Because "internal address" is a technical term with the same meaning.

If so, there's no issue with using UTXO corresponding to your change addresses, there's no difference with its composition compared to your receiving addresses.
Those are just derived with a separate derivation path but it works just like your receiving addresses.

Otherwise, please specify.

Your balance is the accumulated value of all of your UTXO combined and those UTXO can be shown in your "Coins" tab instead (View->Show Coins).
Those represents unspent outputs of inbound transactions that your private keys can spend.
The displayed address doesn't hold that bitcoin like a bank account, those are just representation of the scripts of that specific unspent output.

So the only way to "transfer" it to your other address is to send a new transaction and with an output corresponding to that address.
(a normal transaction that requires fee)

Yes, that will be okay. Bitcoin does not make any difference between addresses (of the same type) when you make a transaction, regardless of whether it is an address from your wallet or from someone else - the transaction will be the same. You can even send bitcoins to the same address they came from. This is what some people do when consolidating smaller inputs when network fees are low.

Or maybe there is another way to transfer internally from address to address or from addresses to address or from address to addresses?

Thanks.

There is no other way to create an internal transaction with the Electrum wallet, as far as I know.  But there is a way you can simplify the process of creating a transaction with selected UTXOs.

First, copy the address where you want to send the coins to the clipboard. If you are sending coins back to your wallet, copy one of your addresses from the Addresses tab. Then, go to the Coins tab and choose the transaction outputs you want to send. (Use Ctrl+click to select multiple outputs.) And lastly, right-click the selected UTXOs and select "Fully spend > send to address in clipboard." Electrum will automatically prepare a transaction with all the necessary information filled in. Before sending, double-check that the destination address is highlighted in green (or orange), indicating its part of your wallet. Then, review the transaction details and confirm it.

Yes, coin selection is supported.
In the desktop Qt GUI, go to menubar>View>Addresses, and also menubar>View>Coins.
The Coins tab is better suited for this, where you can right-click an individual coin (utxo) and select "Add to coin control" (or "Remove from coin control").
There is similar functionality in the Addresses tab too.

Also, from the same right-click context menus, you can "Freeze"/"Unfreeze" addresses/coins, which is sort of the inverse operation (except freezing is persisted in the wallet file, so it will be remembered even if you close the application and reopen it later).

Thanks.

Yes, it is possible. As ghost43 already suggested, if you use Electrum, you can activate the Coin Control feature from the "Adresses" or "Coins" tabs.

You can read full guide here: How to spend specific UTXOs in Electrum

If you have electrum wallet and have an access to it, i guess it's self-explanatory that you can send bitcoin to any wallet address.

It seems you misread OP's question.  Wink

Thanks.

Ah, right. I thought it's  "to" instead of "from", my bad lol. Thanks for pointing out.

@OP Here's a simple way to do that from other threads with the same question few years back using "Coin Control" on "Coins" tab (as already mentioned by ghost43) or "Address" tab.

Option 2. Use the "Coin Control" features of Electrum:
- 2a: use the "Coins" tab (View -> Show Coins)... this lists all the UTXOs in your wallet, and you can pick and choose which ones you want to include. Then right click and select "Spend".
- 2b: use the "Addresses" tab (View -> Show Addresses)... You can see which of your addresses have a balance. Select which ones you want to include, then right click and select "Spend From".

Thanks.

I don't understand what you mean by "specific address"..
OP means he only wants to send bitcoins from a chosen address like UTXOs for inputs from only one address, not from multiple addresses for inputs.

TUTORIAL: How to use Electrum (for advanced users)

It can be done with Coin Control Feature in Electrum wallet, but it's easily.

Steps for doing it now is different a little bit: click on Address, Choose the specific address, right click to choose Add to coin control, then click on Send tab, and paste the receiving address, Amount, Broadcast, and Pay (have to type the wallet password).

In past versions of Electrum wallet, you can right click on a specific address in your wallet, and choose Spend from.

Thanks.

If we are talking about the address format, that is, legacy, segwit etc. then again I do not understand your question Cheesy From above you have already been told how to do it correctly, but I will also give you a picture:

Red 1: wallet
Red 2: amount to sent
Yellow: Payment

Then set fees: sat/vB
You can find it on these sites as mentioned above, I personally use them from time to time.

Hello.

Is it possible to send BTC from a specific address? How to do it?

Thanks.

How to do it?
Copy the address, paste it on the required textbox for wallet address, make sure it's the same wallet on the you copied because there are malware who can manipulate address to attackers address.
Input the amount, make sure you have enough balance and choose your fees, fees per sat/Vb can be checked on recommendation on mempool.space.

Edit: i misread the question, my bad, 😅 You can either follow other instructions below as well as what i have replied too.
