You can find all such informations of coins in internet, just search it on google. You need, token symbol, contract address and decimals. That's it I think some coins are automatically added to mew.

Hello I want to send my golem from the exange to Myethereumwallet... I made ''add a custom token''... but there are some fields to fill that  I  don not  understand... for example  ''Decimal''..''contracts''... where  can I find all  the fields  required to complete the transaction?
Thanks.
Have you sent any to your wallet and can see it, if you sent it to the right address then you should see your tokens, there is no need to add because you will see it on MEW by default.

is ist necesarry to do it by "add a custom token"?
Golem is an ERC20 token..as far as i understand you can send it to any Ethereum Address and if you want to send it from your MEW you must click "load token balances"..
I just checked, you do not need to add nothing, there is already token GNT. I think that this adding is just when token is completely new which is not case.
To avoid losing of tokens always send small testing amount to address you want to use, just to confirm that everything is ok.
Your feedback would be appreciated.

I thought that way, too.
Only the new or very unknown ERC20 tokens aren't already in the list and have to be added as custom token.

See already Golem is by default it is listed there. There is no need of adding so before sending any token firstly find whether ticker name is included. If not browse in Etherscan.io for the details of their contract address, ticker name, decimal value.

here's the complete step to add the custom token of golem in your myetherwallet and that was easy to be followed by you.

https://golem.network/doc/MyEtherWalletManual.pdf

I think that was come from the developers of golem itself.
