Just writing some code
Your question is incredibly vague.

In what way were the Bitcoin "sent back" to you? Did you receive a transaction? Or did your balance just not update after you sent the transaction? Or did your balance update after you sent and then it added the coins that were sent back to your balance?

To OP, when you post something like this you should include the essential information so that we can look at it and shed light to this rather than we guess what is happening. Just edit your post and add the essential details.

Which wallet service you used for the transaction. Because haven't encountered such a issue yet, this is something different from the regular delayed confirmation and other issues. I think Op might have made the mistake with the transaction address or something else.

Can you please share the TX id's? Are you certain you didn't share the same address?

how much fee do you use? Because for now the smallest of fee on one transaction is at least 0.001 - 0.002 bitcoin.
