3. BOLT has changed the smart contract, make sure the smart contract in your wallet is a new one, if your wallet is still using the old one, then you create a new ticker manually or contact support.

This fixed it, thank you very much

Regards to Trezor wallet, if it doesn't show there could be some updates that you have missed and you need to do it personally on your Trezor wallet.

Whilst for MEW, see if this article is the solution.

[Nope]No hype delivers more than hope
1. make sure you have sent to your BOLT address correctly
2. make sure the block confirmation has reached the amount requested by the wallet to be recorded in the balance, some wallets have varying confirmation amounts
3. BOLT has changed the smart contract, make sure the smart contract in your wallet is a new one, if your wallet is still using the old one, then you create a new ticker manually or contact support.

So Trezor lists BOLT as supported and as an ERC20 token, I can see the transaction I sent here: https://ethplorer.io/address/0xa038c349a4dfe001fcaf6695f0c2e599384b1f00

It shows 42,709.00 BOLT was received. Some reason even though BOLT is listed as supported on Trezor site (https://trezor.io/coins/#BOLT) it doesn't come up in the Trezor wallet when I search "BOLT"

So I am using Myetherwallet instaed, and it shows the BOLT balance as 0

Can anyone help? I tried adding BOLT as a custom token on MEW (even though it already exists) but it indicates it already exists, even if I use "BOLT2" as the symbol name for example.

any help is greatly appreciated.
