Thanks but Bitpay doesn't send an invoice and the TigerDirect invoice doesn't have any Bitpay support information.  I've contacted TigerDirect but I don't see how they would have any record of a bitcoin payment that was sent to Bitpay by mistake.

iirc there is a email link on the invoice where you can ask for refunds if you overpaid.

Is there anyway to contact Bitpay customer support.  I went crazy at TigerDirect and made several different purchases.  I mistakenly (DOH!) used the same Bitpay address twice for two different orders.  Is there any way to reverse one of the transactions?  Bitpay is very clever and doesn't offer any customer/purchaser support contact info.  The only help you can find on their site is for merchants... unless I'm blind and/or drunk... both are possible at this moment.  Wink
