What? 7 eth? Why you are not careful in sending your assets, this is a lot of money. Why you are so careless. there's nothing you can do but wait for a reply from the bittrex team. You can also contact them via their official twitter https://mobile.twitter.com/bittrexexchange
Hopefully you get the solution.

Nevermind. Just found this:

Quote
This policy DOES NOT apply to deposits with incorrect or missing memos on currencies such as CryptoNote, NXT, BitShares, Ripple, STEEM, or any others that rely on a message/memo/tag for crediting deposits. Nor does it apply to ETH tokens sent to other addresses on the ETH network. These will be recovered in a time frame of our discretion.

So looks like it will be fine. It will just take a little time.

I have contacted them. I don't think it's cross chain recovery as it uses the same chain, right?

Open a support ticket. They sometimes do look it and sort that out. But it's highly unlikely at the moment when they are scamming a lot of people for free cash.

invest trade and gamble wisely
Wow thats not a negligible amount but true is their support is the only one who can help you.

Just got a silly idea to play big businessman.
If you have significant amount of some other coins you can sign a message and send it with your request (make a note you are going to use another exchange ... dunno, maybe they will change their attitude).

7 ETH sent from my Trezor to a bittrex OMG wallet

It falls under the 5k threshold so will they just tell me that nothing can be done? I have opened a support ticket but don't expect a quick reply. The slack channel seems invite only?

Any help would be great

Thanks
