I have sent USDT from binance to my ETH wallet on coinbase using ERC20 network

The only people who can help you is the CoinBase support. If they are closing your tickets, then there is nothing that members of this forum can do to help. You have to try contacting them in other methods and ask for reasons why they are closing the ticket. Such incidents have happened before too but CB's response has been to solve them everytime.Does anyone knows how i can recover the funds?

Because once a coin has been sent away, it is no longer yours, there is no method to "reverse" it, only the person owning that wallet can reverse it. Please learn this by heart. It is true for all cryptocurrenices out there.
Now since USDT is an OMNI token and it was sent to a ETH wallet, it needs special procedure to reverse this but only CB can help here.
