Ok, in that case it's the exchange:(
Thanks for the advice, i already contacted the regulator and trying reach them on all possible ways

I read that some people managed to recover but it's all was in the past, looks like coinbase don't have a problem not assist (while they can!)

Coinbase offers two types of wallets: custodial and non-custodial. The Coinbase.com wallet/exchange is a custodial service, while the "wallet.coinbase.com" is a non-custodial wallet/app. So, if you sent funds to an address from your coinbase.com account, there is no way for you to recover them other than through Coinbase support since you don't have access to their private keys. The chances of getting your funds back after making such mistakes are slim, so don't be surprised if they decline your request unless the amount is substantial. That's the downside of using a custodial service. The only thing I can suggest is that you keep nagging their customer support. Eventually, they may give in and grant your request.

I have sent to my coinbase wallet ETH

You mean this coinbase wallet? (https://wallet.coinbase.com/) If so, you can recover the coins yourself cause this one lets you manage your private keys.

If it's coinbase.com the exchange, no other choice but to beg them for it. I once stumbled upon a similar problem where the OP's situation implied coinbase did a mass recovery after some time. In case they refuse your request (i hope not!), try to regularly monitor if your funds moved.

OP, I have a question did you send USDT to the coinbase wallet or Coinbase exchange since both are basically different if I am not wrong and also coinbase wallet doesn't support any tokens since I had used but don't know what is the situation now.

Anyway you're chances are really less to recover those funds since coinbase is known for their shittiest support even though the mistake is on their side it will take months or years to get the money back.

Limited in number. Limitless in potential.
I will be glade to upload all evidence and get help.
I suggest to make a tweet, post on their fb page as well and also on r/CoinBase regarding your case so that many will know what kind of support coinbase has (well, almost everyone knows already) and might help you to resolve your case. Sometimes they only move when they we're threaten and get noticed by the community.

Retrieving funds from such mistakes can be really challenging for exchanges such as Coinbase, so I won't be surprised if they end up not being able to help you unless it's a sizeable amount of money(like in the 6-7 digits). Yea, so if your funds are in the hundreds and in the low thousands, you're probably screwed, but you might as well just try and continue contacting them since you have nothing else to lose anyway.

Make this be a lesson to you to not be careless when transferring assets that can't be reverted.

I have sent them such evidence already Sad It feels like there is a big chaos on coinbase support
They keep closing tickets without replay, and once they replay they were wrong about the info they replayed

I will be glade to upload all evidence and get help.
But, before i do that i was told not to share all info with others as they can claim this money?

Not sure if it's correct or not, but i would like to understand from you how can you assist in case you have all details?

Nothing helps. You are right in your reasoning and have the right to refuse to show evidence publicly because there is no official Coinbase here. Evidence can only be shown to support.

If your destination address matches the one listed on the Coinbase deposit address, you must immediately make the following video recordings:
  • Your binance account withdrawal history showing your ETH sending to Coinbase address
  • The Coinbase account deposit page showing the ETH address that matches the withdrawal history on the Binance account.

It's a good idea to use your phone and refresh the page a few times to make sure it's not an edited page.
And keep in mind, show those proof videos only to Coinbase support. Please share, whatever their response afterwards.

Goodluck.

Coinbase support USDT ERC20, maybe you sent your coin to a wrong address. If you did not send the coin to a wrong address, then all you still have to do is to contact Coinbase customer support.

If not your key, then not your coin on blockchain, which makes you not to have full control over your coins.

I know they support ERC20. First they told me that the ETH wallet address wasn't mine, and send me link to see if this address was mine or not.
When i entered i see the exact address there, so i opened a new ticket and they just keep closing it without a reason

Their support is flooded, all people on twitter trying to get help without any success.
I have tried calling, emails, tickets, whatever i can but no success

As i said i have evidence of everything from both sides

Upload all your evidend here. You can use imgur.com for uploading image files then include your blockchain transaction on your first post.

I will be honest to you, Coinbase has no official representative here and they have no announcement thread so it just mean that people can't do anything to solve your case besides re-echoing your issue until it get to a coinbase reps. There's a tons of unresolved coinbase issue here including account freeze without any reason. Only there support or ask a legal opinion to review there ToS to solve your case.

Do you mean you sent USDT to your Coinbase ETH address by mistake? AFAIK coinbase supports USDT on ETH blockchain I just don't know if they implement the same address for eth and its token like other exchanges do.

Now, if they don't, which is probably you're here, base on their article/help page, they cannot recover it for you even if it's possible
What happens if I use the wrong Wallet address to send or receive crypto?

Hi Guys!

First of all i am new here so i am not sure if it's the correct forum, if not please transfer it to the right one Smiley
Second (and most important)

I have sent USDT from binance to my ETH wallet on coinbase using ERC20 network
I have all evidence, including hash transactions and images from both sides (sender and receiver)

I sent it all to coinbase but they refuse to assist me
Does anyone knows how i can recover the funds?

I tried reaching coinbase support via email and twitter and also involved the regulator
But my tickets keep getting closed

Please help
Thanks
