1. service sounds like BS already to begin with
2. the same payment address is listed on the site and displayed for every order

3. search the website on Google and all you'll find is threads by a guy like OP asking "i found this cool site, does anybody know if it works"

Found on BHW forum. http://domainauthority.ga offers a range of authority subdomains, including *.xxxx.gov.ar (Argentina), *.xxxx.gov.mx (Mexico), *.xxxx.go.id (Indonesia), *.xxxx.edu.au (Australia), *.xxxx.edu.ar (Argentina) and many more government and educational extensions not available to the general public.
Example: net.catastrocorrientes.gov.ar
Subdomain cost: 4000 dogecoins ($5 USD) annually (per subdomain)
