I made a number of bitmain purchases yesterday using litecoin. The blockchain has 50+ confirmations for every purchase I made. However, for roughly one-third of my purchases, the Bitmain website shows a status of "Unpaid" or shows the payments in another public key address (NOT the public key I sent the payment to). I have tried calling their hotline but have been hung up on every single time. I have also sent an email to their support team but haven't received a response. What can I do here?
