Which ewallet do you think is serious ? I want to transfer 100 000 $ to the e-wallet. I need the following to be supported

* Be able to make an wire transfer from my bank account to my e-wallet
* Be able to make an wire transfer from my e-wallet back to my bank account
* No need to scan and send passport and utility bill
* Serious e-wallet that have been on market for several years

So which one would you recommend ?

Sounds like btc-e is the best option for you.
But as the above persons mentioned, you shouldn't keep your bitcoin (especially such a large amount) on an exchange for extended period of time.

As noted above, don't keep anything of value on an exchange unless you are actively trading.  BTCe has been up for over 2 years and is considered very well established but nobody really knows who owns/runs it.  Everybody using it is trusting them based on their past behavior.

You want to transfer bitcoins or just dollars?

I have $ and want to transfer them to BTC, and do some trades and then retransfer them to $

Then just use an exchange like Bitstamp (you need ID verification) or btc-e.com (no ID if I remember right). But you will encounter fees such as bank transfers and exchange fees and also take the risk of losing it all if they run with your money for whatever reason or lock you down (IE Mt Gox).

Whatever you do, don't keep $100,000 on an exchange. Look up how to setup a cold (offline) wallet for safe storage and make backups.
