This is what I do. I drink and I know things.

You quite obviously didn't read the post, as I'm not starting a new coin / token.

If you're by chance technically minded, go ahead and give Apex a download and install.  That's quality code, and it didn't write itself over night.

Again, what is the collateral that you offer? It's so damn difficult to answer this simple question?

18 years of experience, 7 of which are in bitcoin.  I know both, the bitcoin protocol and the online software inside and out.  I'm intelligent, ambitious, innovative, and a good leader.

If you look at the first post in this thread, you will see links to Apex.  If you actually look into it, you will see its value, and how much work has went into it.

Now combine that with all the functionality I currently have at the software systems listed on http://envrin.com/.  Take that functionality, and put it into Apex, and we're in business.

Simply do a Google search, and you will see hundreds if not thousands of open contracts of crypto related software.  There's only really 3 competitoris at the moment, and I can promise you, I can take this market.  I've done it before, this is nothing new for me, and I can do it again.  I've also learned from my prior mistakes, so know exactly what to do to ensure to limit the growing pains.  For example, that's one of the many reasons Apex is open source and fully documented -- to garner a developer community, and make training junior developers no problem.

I understand that I'm under emotional distress at the moment, but I promise you I know what I'm doing.  I also know full well this is an every second of every day type of job, as that's been my life for the last two decades.

I'm so fucken close after all this work, I just need a little bit of help to get over the finish line.  I promise you a good ROI.  I've done this in the past, I will do it again.  Contact me, and let's make a deal...  [email protected].

You conclude with what you want as loan amount and what you will give after a period of time and blah blah blah.
Sorry if i miss it in your long "last shot" attempt/thread but where is something that we call Collateral? Do you offer something besides your wannabe coin/token/project....

Last ditch effort here, so I will be brutally honest.  Serious people only, and please know, this is not a scam, joke, waste of time, etc.

Briefly, 37 year old Canadian, 18 years of professional experience within online software, the last ~7 years being full-time bitcoin.  I'm highly skilled, innovative, capable, ambitious, organized, and know what I'm doing.  I've developed loads of successful online operations in the past varying in size and scope, most of which were for other people / clients.  In short, I've made a lot of people a lot of money over the years.

For one example, I founded http://envex.com/ back in Nov 2000, sold it in 2006, and it's still running to this day.  By no means am I a "get rich quick" guy, and I'm highly intent on developing long-term, profitable business operations.  I've personally taken care of thousands of clients over the years, and have the experience to fully understand all aspects, pitfalls, growing pains, process flows, and everything else necessary to build and maintain a long-term, stable operation that is capable of handling growth.

Life decided to play a funny prank on me a couple years ago, and made me fully blind in both eyes (optic nerve damage from a fall).  I don't care about being blind, but naturally, that caused a bit of a switch up in my life to say the least.  Due to that and other things, I took a step back and decided to concentrate on the long term game again versus a monthly basis view of things.  that's why I find myself at this jecture.

I spent the last 12 months of my life developing a new open source software platform called Apex, which I'm extremely happy with and excited about.  URLs are:

    Admin Demo:  http://apexdemo.envrin.com/admin/

    Github:  https://github.com/envrin/apex/

Plus current site with various bitcoin packages:  http://envrin.com/

I'm  beyond happy with Apex, and know it will do well.  I expect this to take out smaller frameworks such as CodeIgnighter and CakePHP, plus take a chunk of Wordpress market share.  Loads of benefits:

  • Clean, concise, fully documented and easy to learn, meaning training junior developers will be no problem.
  • Modular design, so every system is customized to the clients specific needs
  • Supports horizontal scaling beautifully via both one-way and two-way RPC calls to RabbitMQ, so scalability and volume issues are no problem
  • Due to support for horizontal scaling, easily customize systems to a client's specific needs.  No more customizing and merging code -- simply add the necessary worker processes alongside the main packages.
  • Excellent theme support with ThemeForest integration.
  • And much, much more...

Again, the base software platform is open source, so feel free to give it a download and install, and play with it yourself.  Install instructions can be found here:

Full developer documentation available at:

I'm currently in the process of porting over all the bitcoin functionality into Apex.  Simply envision all the bitcoin functionality already developed in the software packages at http://envrin.com/ into Apex, modernizing everything.  The full exchange functionality, web wallets, payment API, P2P user exchange via LBC Clone, and everything else.

I'm stuck between a rock and a hard place at the moment.  I can't sell the existing software because it's outdated, and I can't sell the new software because it's not finalized.  I've been working my ass off longer than I care to remember, and I promise you this is going to work.  I have the skills, experience, and know how to make this all come together into a successful, streamlined business operation that becomes the defacto software company within the bitcoin / crypto world and beyond.

First step right now is simply finalize this software by porting over all the existing bitcoin functionality into Apex.  Plus obviously, get some design work done on it.  I could easily do the design work myself, but I'm blind now, so that needs to get contracted out.

Once finalized, then I simply begin swallowing up all the software contracts I see floating around, but am unable to currently close, because my existing software is outdated, and the new software isn't finalized.  I'm absolutely certain though, once this software is finalized, I'll take this market.  That will begin bringing in instant cash, and just that in and of itself will be enough to get you a good ROI, but that's still just the beginning.

From there, push the white label distributor program, which I know will be successful as well, as I already landed two contracts for it without even trying.  One for $12k from Taiwan, and one for $20k from Cyprus, and that was with the old software platform, so I'm sure with the new software platform a $40k buy in isn't out of the question.  Both contracts were unsolicited and they came to me, plus I had multiple other inquurieies that I wasn't able to close, so without question, there's a good sized market there as well.

Basics of the distributor / VAR program will be initial buy-in of ~$40k, providing them with the plain text codebase of all software and ability to create as many licenses as they want.  There will also be a white label communications portal avaiable they can add clients to for $250/month for support, plus a semi-annual license fee of $1100 for each license they would like to retain access to upgrades.

Plus I actually want to get back into the MLM arena again, because as much as I hate pyramid scams as the next guy, there is actually good money to be made there.  I know, as I started http://envex.com/, so I know that industry inside and out.  It's a lot of hype and fluff without a huge amount of substance, but nonetheless, there's good money to be made there.

Then porn and online gambling are two other arenas I want to look into, but don't have any experienced with.

----------------------------------------

Ok, enough rambling for now.  Basic gist is, I'm 100% absolutely confident I can do this, but find myself stuck between a rock and a hard place at the moment.  I've built loads of companies before, most of which were for other people, but I promise you I can do this.  Partner with me, and not only will you get a good ROI, you will also have all the technical resources you need for life at your disposal.

I'm looking for $30k.  We will have to work out the terms, but I'm thinking a 200% ROI within 6 months.  It will probably be much sooner, but give me 6 months maximum, because I know I can meet that without issue.  Then maybe structure in a 10% royalty scheme for 24 months, or something along those lines.

I'm right at the finish line, I know I can do this as I've done it many times before, and just need to get it done.  If you're by chance interested in investing, please e-mail me personally at [email protected].

Thanks,
Matt
