1. the OP is claiming it is ABUSE that they have flagged him for this alleged plagiarism and lauda is also claiming he should be banned
2. I confirm that they are ABUSING him and the trust system by IMPOSING DOUBLE STANDARDS
a/ they screaming their pal chibitchity should not have been banned for ADMITTING FINANCIALLY  MOTIVATED plagiarism, and then scream they want him re-instated after the ban
b/ I also give my opinion that it is also abuse on the grounds that THEY have done far more financially motivated wrong doing than him, and now are speaking about red trust, flags and a ban whilst NOT having any of those themselves. The CORRECT punishment for a alleged crime can only be discussed and decided upon in the context of ALL OTHER CRIMES here on this forum in order to establish a consistent and credible punishment.
3. The mods REFUSE to delete posts from these fucking dregs that appear on our threads and have NOTHING TO DO WITH THE INITIAL POST AT ALL. and at times these corrupt cunting mods will go and merit off topic allegations that have NO relevance at all to the thread.

OP is upset that various users have tagged/flagged their account. Various users explain it is for plagiarism and that they've been identified as a possible ban evader.

You then cry "but what about Lauda, tman, nutildah and their abuse?", then go on another long winded rant and then throw in "but what about the ChiBitCTy plagiarism case??" to finish.  While ignoring or attempting to gloss over the fact that the OP is a plagiarist.

The initial POSTER gets to determine the thread content NOT lauda who wants to ONLY talk about the initial posters wrong doing outside of any context of his own behavior. Those DT members ARE abusing his account in the context that their scamming is OKAY but his presenting some guides they claim are plagiarised are worthy of red trust and a ban. Besides plagiarism is NOT a red trusting issue it is for the mods to take care of. SO again it is outside of the boards protocol and is abuse.

To set sensible punishment (which is what lauda starts adding to this thread) the full context of wrong doing here and the punishment given for that should be raised to discuss appropriate and consistent options for the punishment.
