You're not going to find any serious angel investors on bitcointalk.
I believe it will be difficult to find one here, they first need to trust you.

If you r in US and your idea is unique, you can easily visit blockchain exhibitions and meet-ups, which are plenty in US. Venture capitalists visit this type of meet-ups on the daily basis. Be presentable and make some flyers of your project with your contact details. This is one of the most efficient way to find an investment. If you are living in US you can take advantages of some huge accelerators and many local accelerators there. Specially if you work more on your ideas.
