Only good conclusion from all of this is constant learning and improving of security.
And don't trust no one. This can be very time consuming process with little satisfactions, and still can happen something..

I only can admire how they have good ideas. Every day we can see new attempt and always is different.
Scammers are evolving, they becoming very good at social engineering.
Social engineers are being hired left and right with no idea what job they're going to except that they're getting paid a lot now. Scammers were never smart, they just seem to get smarter. But people are getting smarter too, so it's not really getting anywhere. Luckily we aren't as gullible as those scammers think we are so we're safe.. for now.
Just don't click on weird links. And if you feel tempted to do so, click it on a throwaway phone or something. I use a windows xp laptop to click weird links, because it was free at a garage sale and I dont care if it gets infected or dies.

Did you click the link?
No, even if that is legit link from the forum

Atleast change your password in a new one to be sure.

Nah, I will keep it that way.
The only thing I will do is change my email attached to this.
So people will have hard time for it.
Right?
