How would ElectrumX syncing issues cause you to lose coins?  -snip-
Read Lucius' reply and/or check the links he included. gator66 must be a victim of a scam.

OP's Electrum version for BCBC must be a fake.
Possibly, the private keys of all of the users of that fake wallet are now in the hands of the owner of that ElectrumBCBC fork after deleting all sources and forum threads (evidences). Or the coins doesn't have value at all, just a bait for their ICO, and now discarded.

Typical scam modus operandi.

How would ElectrumX syncing issues cause you to lose coins?  I presume you configured bitcoin core with --disable-wallet.  I have a similar issue where I have a low number of SSL connections and I cannot connect to my server via my wallet.  Is this a physical home server or a virtual server?  I think my issue is cause by a networking error: bad router config, DNS issues.  Since your symptoms are similar, we may have the same source problem.  I pinged your server domain names, but they did not resolve to an IP address.

It is possible that OP has a problem with another coin Electrum version than with BTC, and based on server names he is have problems with BCBC forked version of Electrum. I search for some info regarding this coin and all data from Github and this forum were removed. Lates version of Electrum for this coin was 3.1.2. It seems that the project ended as a SCAM.

Get 3.2.2 from electrum.org and open your wallet with this version.
You might also try to connect to any other server. The server does NOT store your coins/private keys. The server is only used to retrieve information about your transactions.
You can connect to any random server you want.

However, regardless of the version your password should always allow you to unlock your wallet. Did you download electrum from the official site (https://electrum.org/) ?
Where did you download the 3.1.2 beta version from?
