Ya that doesn't work too well...

Companies like Microsoft and Logitech require you to fax the receipt to them (which has transaction numbers on it)
many other companies require you to send in the broken item first

No one will simply send a replacement.

Society is flawed. If you wanna do this the easy way, there are soo many ways.

Easiest way on Earth:
1. Call Customer Service for your product
2. Tell them it was broken and you threw it away
3. Get them to send you a replacement
4. SUCCESS

If the company finds out you are doing this, though, you are going to get into a bit of trouble. So, yeah, kids, don't try this at home. (;

Truer words have yet to be spoken.

perfectchoice4u, if you would like a tag for free I would be more than happy to do that for you.

Bitcoin is for the anonymous, If you want to have to worry about being prosecuted for your ideas then please by all means use government issued currency. For those of us who can now have a voice and the ability to expand because of Bitcoin's anatomy it is an amazing thing. If you do not believe in the freedom that Bitcoin gives you, I think maybe all hope for your mind is lost.

A) Organized Retail Crime. You should really look it up.
B) Speaking of looking up... can someone get an IP because they pay top $ for catching people like this
C) Bitcoin is not a medium for illegal activities. We as a community strive to make this market work, and its the acts of morally bankrupt people as yourself that cause all the woe that we have had to deal with. So do yourself a favor. Donate your bitcoins to the Redcross or something, and delete your account so you can at least do some good with bitcoin. Otherwise, run

That's kinda a pious dick move and remark man, seriously. You know, everyone's trying to make a buck. Its the responsibility of places like best buy to protect themselves against things like this, and if they don't, then they are to blame. You cant hate someone for working the system.

And if you can, you should hate 9 out of 10 people ruining the world getting "gamed" welfare handouts.

If the person that decides to do this wants to at their own risk, then i say more power to them. Personally I don't think it would work, but, I think the whole "tattle tale" mentality is a disgusting piece of humanity in and of itself, and your not fooling me mixing it in with talks of donations to the "red cross"

If bitcoins should be anything, its not for standing on a soapbox and giving your bitcoins away as ANOTHER form of welfare.
It should be about free thoughts, and lack of persecution for having free thoughts, of getting outside of the paradigm that's been spoon fed to you all these years.

So why don't you take all your bitcoins, turn them into cash, and then donate them to the government to some nameless faceless welfare mother with 5 kids that cant keep her legs closed, so she can give her dealer enough for another rock.
I hope to god bitcoins go in the opposite direction of what your naively and childishly touting. Because its guys like this that will make bitcoins something worthwhile. A way of buying and selling things without having to worry about "morality"

Morality and money don't mix.

This is a VPN so. good luck not to mention nothing here is illegal Smiley This is a piece of art and research. I quite my blog so people can better understand the odd symbols and numbers we find in our daily lives. I show proof of concept applications to what can happen when these numbers are used incorrectly. Again i honestly hope no one tries to do this. I simply am offering my graphic design services.

Do you think this post about the explanation of credit card numbers is wrong?

I continue to write how OLD payment systems were vulnerable (and what ever remains of them)

I believe this is a world where people should know what is going on around them. This world should have no secrets.

Excuse me for pointing out the flaws in your masked society sir.

Yes this is a bit of an advertisement of my blog but i would like to offer a service that pertains to a post on my blog. Also I would like to state that this is for educational value and I do not condone you take part in actually attempting what is written.

So here is a blurb from the post.

http://eyerishacking.blogspot.com/2011/06/best-buy-store-pricing-flaw-discount.html

Quote

Alright, so today we will be looking at a flaw in the current pricing system of all stores, using Best Buy as an example. This tutorial is essentially: "How to hack Best Buy", however this is just one example for one store. Right now we have a law against "False advertising" which is why when an item on the shelf of a store is marked lower than the price comes up at the register, the product must be sold to you at the marked price. When an item is rung up, and a customer says that the item was displayed cheaper, an associate in the store will preform a "Price check" meaning he or she will walk over to the item and simply read the price to verify.

So where is the flaw?

The flaw is that the price tags in Best Buy don't have any type of safety against duplication, they price tags are printed on a fairly standard regular old sticker paper. So what if someone was to just... replicate a price tag?

So basically I would like to offer my services customizing the tags for you. You need not do any research or have illustrator; you will have the files ready to print.  I will create a functioning tag for you to use (hypothetically) following every detail of my post for 0.5 BTC

For those who skipped down.

Price = 0.5 BTC - negotiable (I can very depending on the price of the object you are trying to lower of course)
