[  WHAT ARE STAKES  ]
Since many bounty campaign participants (mostly from altcoin bounty campaigns) do not know what stakes are and how they work on a stake-based bounty campaign, I decided to make this post.

So, what are 'stakes'?

Think of stakes as points. Whenever you complete a set of tasks on a bounty campaign, you are given a stake.
Each stake you earn represents a share in the allocated bounty pool for that particular bounty campaign category.

Here's an example of how it is calculated:

You join an XXXX Bounty campaign with an allocated bounty pool of 1,000,000 (1 million) coins.
XXXX Bounty campaign has a Twitter campaign with an allocated 10% of the bounty pool which is 100,000 (100k) coins.

You join the Twitter campaign of XXXX Bounty campaign and earned a total of 1,000 stakes.
Your friend (Satoshi Buterin) also joined the Twitter campaign and earned a total of 500 stakes.
Satoshi Buterin's friend (Hal Finnest) also joined the Twitter campaign and earned a total of 100 stakes.

In the Twitter campaign, the overall stakes earned by all the bounty participants (You, Vitalik, & Hal) are 1,600 stakes.

The 100,000 coins allocated to the Twitter campaign will be divided by 1,600 coins which will give us 62.5.

This means each stake on the Twitter campaign is equivalent to 62.5.

Your total stakes of 1,000 will be multiplied by 62.5 equals 62,500.
This means you will get 62,500 coins from the Twitter campaign of XXXX Bounty campaign.

In summary; Each stake you earn has an equivalent amount of coins/tokens from the bounty pool but, the final amount of coins/token you earn will vary depending on how many participants join that campaign, how many percentages is allocated to the bounty campaign category and how many stakes you have accumulated throughout the entire bounty campaign duration.

[  BAN EVASION  ]
Some bounty hunters still cannot grasp what it means to be banned and what they should do when it happens to them.
So, I've made this post and pinning it here so they would know what do to.

What to do when your account is banned?

Do not create another Bitcointalk account and join the same or another bounty campaign.
As stated in the Unofficial Bitcointalk forum rule number 25, this is considered Ban Evasion.

Wait until your ban is lifted.
As stated above, you should not do anything else if your account is banned. Instead, just simply wait until your ban is lifted.
If you got permanently banned, then that is game over for you. That means you can no longer be a part of this forum. (CMIIW)

Do not pm me if your account is banned
I am only a mere bounty campaign manager within this forum. I DO NOT have the authority nor the ability to uplift your ban or do anything to solve your problems with your Bitcointalk accounts.
The only possible thing I can do for you is, point out where you should learn and read about your mistakes in hopes that you will never do it again.

How to avoid getting banned?
Avoid breaking any of the forum rules.
Unofficial Bitcointalk forum rules

I personally do not tolerate cheaters in the bounty campaigns I manage especially those who create a new account because their old accounts are banned.
I say this on my bounty group from time to time, Follow the Forum Rules.

My Blacklist is where you will be if you have done ban evasion.

You can also read more details about this [HERE]

[  BLACKLIST  ]
What is a 'BLACKLIST'

Blacklist is a list of Bitcointalk users that has been banned or prohibited to participate in any of the current and future bounty campaigns I manage.

A user is usually added to the blacklist when he/she has broken any of the bounty campaign rules and has not made any effort to fix his/her mistakes.
Common reasons why you are Blacklisted:
1. Your Bitcointalk account was reported for bounty campaign cheating, mostly enrolling multiple accounts and getting a negative trust rating. Check your Bitcointalk account's trust rating.
2. Ban Evasion [ Read [ HERE ] to learn about Ban Evasion ]

Again, in most cases, a user is automatically added to the blacklist if he/she cheated or tried to cheat on a bounty campaign I manage; usually by enrolling multiple accounts, purposely submitting fake or invalid information through the registration forms, plagiarism, and breaking the forum rules such as committing Ban Evasion.

When added to the blacklist, the user will have no chance of getting any rewards as he or she is automatically disqualified. This will also ban her/him in participating in any of my future and current bounty campaigns.

You can see the list of users in my personal blacklist [HERE]
(The list is in alphabetical order. Click and visit the link on the right side of your Bitcointalk username in the list to see the possible reason for you getting blacklisted.)

[  REJECTED? WHY?  ]
These are the most common reasons why your bounty campaign application is 'REJECTED' and the solutions to each one of it.

1. Your Bitcointalk account is too new.
You need to have at least 1 month or even 3 months old Bitcointalk account to even be considered a valid participant in a bounty campaign.
This rule is usually not included in most of the bounty campaign rules but is just common knowledge since most newly created accounts tend to be just an alternate account of a previously tagged bounty cheater.

Solution: Wait for a couple of months.

2. Your Bitcointalk account is banned.
As mentioned above, getting banned means you surely have broken one or two of the forum rules.

Solution: Wait 'til ban is lifted.

3. Your Social Media accounts are suspended
Suspended social media accounts ranged from accounts that cannot be found when checked or just plainly suspended/locked or even private social media accounts.

Solution: Use other social media account. Register again.

4. Submitted wrong information upon registration
Wrong information includes invalid wallet addresses, social media accounts that cannot be verified, invalid profiles, and proof of authentication links.
Always double-check your details upon registration before submitting them.

Solution: Register again with the correct information.

5. You have a negative trust rating.

No Solution. You cannot participate. (At least in the bounty campaigns under my management; try your luck on other bounty campaigns.)

P.S. It is not necessary to elaborate on why you are rejected; just simply read & understand the rules of the bounty campaign before participating and you'd probably get your application accepted at the first try.

[  REPORT FORM  ]
What is a 'REPORT FORM'

These forms are used for all the bounty campaign participants to submit their weekly reports; usually created with Google Forms.
Most campaign categories such as Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and even Telegram/Discord campaigns require weekly reports to be submitted by the bounty campaign participants in order for the bounty manager to be able to validate and check them.

For years and even up until now; most traditional bounty campaigns require all the participants to post their weekly reports directly into the bounty thread (as a reply). Now, this method is no longer viable as it makes up to a tantamount of data posted by the participants all open to every user in this forum to view; not to mention the possible ways for a bounty campaign participant to make use of this method to try and cheat the bounty campaign entirely; with some even going to an extent of plagiarizing other reports by other users.

Using a REPORT FORM and sending the bounty campaign participant's reports to a Google spreadsheet allows quick screening of the submitted reports through various formulas that will lessen the bounty manager's burden of tediously checking all the reports resulting to quick and accurate updates on the entire bounty campaign spreadsheet.

By using this method, not only that the reports will only be viewed by the bounty manager (if he chooses to) resulting in less plagiarism and cheating, but it could also potentially decrease the massive number of posts on the Bounty section reducing the burden on Bitcointalk servers.

Each campaign category usually has its own REPORT FORM.

Below is an example of how to find these forms.

[  COLOR CODES  ]
What is a 'COLOR CODES'?

These colors can be found on the bounty campaign spreadsheet.
Below are some color codes used on the spreadsheets under my management and their meanings.

.LIGHT RED 3. = WARNING 1 (First Offense)
.LIGHT RED 2. = WARNING 2 (Second Offense)
.LIGHT RED 1. = WARNING 3 (Third Offense, Last chance)

Warnings are given to participants who did not follow the bounty campaign rules under my management.
Warnings are usually placed where you see your weekly stakes or status. [ See example below ]
A first warning for the first offense, a second warning for the second offense, and a third and final warning for the third offense.
If the participant still did not comply with the bounty campaign rules after the third warning, this will result in disqualification in the entire campaign.

.DARK RED 1.. = DISQUALIFIED (Result of fourth offense)

Multiple disqualifications on various bounty campaigns under my management will result in being blacklisted.
.DARK RED 2.. = BLACKLISTED[?]

Below is an example of how to find these color codes.

Lovely bounty manager! I would advise for everyone to participate in his campaigns.Very serious, he is the one that really cares about the participants.Good job BM! You have a merit from me!

I have participated in many bounty campaigns from Julerz12 and I can say with confidence that the Manager always performs all the necessary work in a timely manner, very tactfully and politely communicates with the participants. I will be happy to take part in future bounty campaigns managed by Julerz12.

I have participated in many bounties campaign and some of the managers aren't active like julerz who still responds even though the question is repeated. He is one of the best campaign managers out there. Hope you get many projects and keep up the good work mate.

Being a bounty hunter for quite sometime, I can say that EOSex which was managed by Julerz12 is pretty much one of the best campaigns I've joined.
Kudos to both EOSex and bounty management team.
We need more campaigns like that - clear rules and well managed.

I highly recommend this bounty manager  I have join several bounties from him and he manage it like a PRO because he is really a PRO, I just saw his Crypto Resume and he has a Degree in ELECTRONICS AND COMMUNICATION ENGINEERING, maybe this is not his main Job but he always deliver a quality work, answer participants problems and everything In short he's one of the best bounty manager in the forum.

I am really grateful that I worked with you once and i really loved your level of transparency and organization. It was top-notch.
You were also very helpful and willing to listen to any complaints too.
There not so many great managers in this forum and I rate you among the top 5 best Campaign managers in the forum.

As long as I joined the campaign managed by Julerz12 everything went well, and he was a good and responsible manager and I felt satisfied when participating in the campaigns he managed.
and besides that the rules for posting make me feel responsible and do a post routine every day that I have to do like a worker.

I will wait for your next campaign, Mr. Julerz12

Solid guy. Update the sheets very quick on every week. Answers bounty questions on telegram. I hope you will open more bounties in the future. Cheers.

One of my favorite managers, julerz12 has managed a lot of campaign and did his job very well.
He Strictly chooses participants in the Signature campaign so that the project he promotes will have a better result.
When I was a Member and tried to join his campaign he denied my application maybe because of my inactivity for the past few months.
That's how well he managed his service.

He's one of the managers that became my inspiration to make a useful topic where I get to rank on Sr. Member from Member. Because they are strict on choosing participants you are forced to practice and make yourself as one of the good posters in this community. I salute this guy for his fairness and recommended Him If you need his service.

Most trusted bounty campaign manager and always transparent about bounty campaign management, most likely from your bounty campaign are distributed as soon possible after bounty ended. Go ahead with your campaign and become most friendly bounty campaign manager with very fast respond.

Yes indeed the campaign held by julerz12 is very good he seems to select which projects are good for promotion and this uses escrow services so it is safe and will be paid always on time.
julerz12 is very quick to respond to the participants if you complain this is the best manager in my opinion who still continues to prioritize in participating and observant if there is a scamer who comes.

I'm just surprise seeing that how much campaign you have already managed!!  Shocked
I've visited all of those and found no complain against you. Rather there are lots of positive review in your account.
That proves that You are really a great manager, and deserver more campaign for management in future

I have worked with Julerz12 on many campaigns. He is very professional and helpful in any situation. Highly recommended, one of the best BM in the industry

One of the best bounty managers around..
Easy to work with.
Listens to complaints well & solve if it is a legit inquiry.
No nonsense guy, will not tolerate being taken advantage of.
Honest about his opinion, will not give a damn when speaking his mind.
Actually care about legit bounty hunters & trying to weed out the cheaters by blacklisting them & encouraging other BM's to do the same
It's a pleasure working with you

Joined several campaigns of Julerz sir. He is already an reputational member in this forum as well as i found him as a humble and great Manager. There are some reasons why i think so:-

Try to escrow campings
I like the way how Julerz sir use to manage team & try to escrow most of bounty campaigns where most of managers failed to do so. He can be called "the man of the word" where everyone can happily work with him

Work perfectly
I also appreciate how hard and perfectly he works! He update his all campings and spreadsheet on time when others take long time.

Set easy rules
His campaigns rules is so much esay where people are satisfy during work. Even he still ask 5 posts for signatures campings! People who work outside in real life and don't have much time to use bitcointalk long,  Julerz's sir campings maybe perfect for them

responsible and humble
He is so humble with people. He are about each of his hunters
And if anyone experience any problem then he always try to be there for help. Thats so kind of him

Recommended for Campaign Management
I found he checked works from everyone and he blacklisted chests. Lol. So I think project team Should hire such manager for their promotion perfectly. No doubt team will found him as responsible and best manager.

You are a good bounty manager, you are one of the few managers i love to participate in their campaign. I have Participated in some of your bounty campaign and so far projects are legit and you ensure payment is made to participants. I'd love to participate in more campaigns even though i miss out in the current running campaigns.
