Yeah,I know. I just need to realise for what purpose needs cgminer.conf file for a future work and how to set it up for solo.

I try to tune cminer 3.7.2 GPU for mining litecoins solo.
I wondering for which purpose needs cgminer.config if we specified our parameters in the .bat file? Which pools needs to specify in this file to allow to mining solo mode?
In my case seems to me my cgminer watch only on .config file and the .bat parameters ignores.
