In my post history you can see i have only posted once, like I said this site is invaluable for learning and research. The only thing I am not fond of here is site navigation, I wish it was easier. I always ended up here from google searches, but I don't just  hang out on it like Reddit.  So we are in the final steps to break ground on our large scale mining colocation/hosting service.

We will be updating all potential clients with photos and video as the construction is under way. Any clients that start on day 1(currently anticipated Aug 1st) will be offered better pricing on those miners you have to us on day 1. We will be as transparent as possible as we move forward to build trust between us and our potential customers. We have been working extremely hard at getting our electricity prices down to allow us to be profitable at industry leading rates.

Our pricing structure:
0-10 units -     $0.12/kWh  $87.60 per KW
10-50 units -   $0.11/kWh  $80.30 per KW
50-99 units -   $0.10/kWh  $73.00 per KW
100+ units -    $0.09/kwh  $65.70  Per KW
For customized services and orders of 500 miners or more please contact us.

3 month contract - $100 setup fee per unit/3 Months up front/Monthly prepay after that
6 month contract - $75 setup fee per unit/3 Months up front/Monthly prepay after that
12 month contract - 0 setup fees/3 Months up front/Monthly prepay after that

All other aspects of how we will be running the operations relative to price are pretty much standard.
We will be insured before we break ground. We won't be asking for any money until you are ready to ship your equipment, and trust that we are not ripping you off.

This location will be within the US and is well secured.  The facility has the potential to grow to 20+ MW with an amazing electrical infrastructure already in place.  We should be scaling quickly as long as demand exceeds supply, but I don't foresee that being a problem. We will have 450 open spots available on Day 1. After 3 months we will add space and infrastructure for 600 more miners.  The scaling will be much faster from that point forward.
