Unbelievable, the people are lost. It seems to investigate and punish the guilty, It is something that does not happen often these days.
A 23-year-old non-student (in a committed relationship) went to a college party to to cheat and pick up teenage students for sex. The 23-year-old gave alcohol to an 18-year-old, then after heavy drinking they left the party together and ended up making out on the ground. It only got as far as fingering when some passersby noticed and stopped the drunken heavy petting, because students are taught that drunk people can't consent.
Would you believe they arrested the 18-year-old victim and called the 23-year-old a hero for contributing to underage drinking? Her defense was, "I fell asleep right about the time when those people saw us. I don't remember anything, so it's cool."
