Slightly weird and different from the others, Referral on ICO round from f1 to f3 is decreasing rather than rising, my advice is not better if all starts from the decrease of example: f1 5% PMC, BTC, ETH. f2 10% PMC, BTC, ETH. and f3 15% PMC, BTC, ETH. This is just my advice.
