Alright, now more than a week passed since last post and more than 3 weeks since the last signs of life.
Blockexplorer is expiring again in a few days, no updates in the repo. No website as was announced (see above for claim). I mean, most would be cool with a short info like "sorry guys, we need a few more days" or something along the lines.
Several people tried to contact this blakeui guy - none with any reply. The only helpful people around is the small but friendly telegram group. But without any hard info they are just a bunch nice guys that try to help.
I mean, this guy owes us nothing. But I think it is safe to assume we all just got hyped by some dude that made some claims with no real intention. All get off the hype train for now. Watch your investment.

There will be contact with all exchanges before hand, and if possible they will support the fork, there will be alot of communication beforehand, ill make sure everyone will be made aware before the date.

Hi there mr_meiser, i appreciate your support, yes the website should be finished in the first week of july, and the wallets shortly after, keeping in mind there will be a fork to a far more superior blockchain, i expect at least 30-40% of tokens to be purged, as by using blockchain block explorer analysis, we have discovered possibly up to 40% of the tokens have either been abandoned, lost or possibly just in deep storage. Either way this is a positive for SolarFlare, as as it stands we already have an extremely small marketcap >$60,000 USD.interesting project on first glance. I like the steganography approach.

Hi Solarflare community, a small update for today, we have been in contact with Coinmarketcap and have requested update of the following;

- bitcointalk thread (current announcement)
- website (old links removed)
- logo (created a background transparent 'solar' logo)
- name change to 'Solarflare'
it shouldn't be too long before the updates have been carried out.
We have been busy collecting documents in order to request addition to all possible exchanges, big and small, which should bring more interest and adoption. KuCoin seems most desirable/achievable at the moment, as its listing fee's are not extremely high and its quite a quality exchange with medium volume.
An idea myself and the team has had recently to add to the upcoming roadmap: Steganography based anonymous transactions.
Basically this would be fresh form of anonymous technology, allowing the sender to send an anonymous transaction via encoded/encrypted image file (or any type of file) without anyone being able to find the data if it were searched for. A quick rundown:
1. Alice wants to send 1000 SFC to Bob, but Alice does not want the transaction to be known or recorded on the blockchain.
2. Alice uses Solarflare in wallet Steganography to encode an image file with funds
3. These funds get locked up in a contract
4. Alice sends Bob the image via Facebook chat/SMS/any method
5. Bob opens seemingly standard looking image
6. Bob can access funds via decoding the image in-wallet
7. Bob now has 1000 SFC in his account, receive from multiple pool addresses with no link to Alice.
Essentially turning Solarflare completely anonymous, as private as physical cash.

I had been attempting to accumulate over the last few days after the announcement, but it seems someone keeps taking anything from the 100-125 sat range.
Question, is the $120,000 marketcap on coinmarketcap correct? Seems correct after checking out the block explorer, a true gem, i will baghold this one for 6months and see where we are at.

those you have mentioned are also Nicehash resistant algos as well 
I really love that part when some guy spends 100 bucks just to split the blockchain in two and make a bunch of orphans for himself. Also AMD cards seem to fail at those completely. Unless I mistake them for other algos like tribus or bitcore. Nice to hear that already listed to Cryptopia.

This implementation, would be a fresh form of anonymous technology, allowing the sender to send an anonymous transaction via encoded/encrypted image file (or any type of file, including plain text) without anyone being able to find the data if it were searched for. A quick rundown:
1. Alice wants to send 1000 SFC to Bob, but Alice does not want the transaction to be known or recorded on the blockchain.
2. Alice uses Solarflare in wallet Stenography to encode an image file with funds
3. These funds get locked up in a contract
4. Alice sends Bob the image via Facebook chat/SMS/any method
5. Bob opens seemingly standard looking image
6. Bob can access funds via decoding the image in-wallet
7. Bob now has 1000 SFC in his account, receive from multiple pool addresses with no link to Alice.
Essentially turning Solarflare completely anonymous, as private as physical cash.
