My point is that XMR transaction cannot be analyzed for "AML risk score" like other cryptos like Bitcoin and Ethereum. So an exchange cannot arbitrarily ask for KYC if detected user's coins as "dirty".
But you are going to use monero along with other coins like Bitcoin, Litecoin, etc for exchanging so they can ask for KYC, and I already gave you an example of big centralized exchanges that have mandatory verification.
If you don't trust me you can try for yourself, register account on Kraken exchange and send them your monero coins, see how long until they ask you to verify your account.

That is why centralized exchanges are delisting Monero and other privacy coins too, however, you have to submit your personal info to centralized exchanges before you can trade there in the first place.

Take note that they can confiscate your money even if they do not have proof that the coins was stolen or from an illicit source, because blockchain analysis corporations mostly rely on guesswork and their findings aren't always correct. What i am saying here is that they can seize your coins at anytime and treat it as 'dirty', not because they actually found anything on it, i.e. just because it came from a mixer or because they consider it suspicious, but wouldn't tell you the reason why they consider it as such.

Unlimited exchanger with limits  Smiley

I don't think it's appropriate to use this "unlimited" word at all in your title. And if Elon decides to change a couple of billions, will you provide such an amount? It's just an analogy, but still..

They don't have to first "analyze" for "AML risk score" before they think about asking for KYC. They can ask for it at any time they want, and a trader is forced to comply if they want their money back.

The point is, if you don't want any KYC inconvenience. Avoid any exchange that mentions KYC or AML in their TOS regardless of what coin you are dealing with.

Rule of thumb (my personal observation): if you see Monero on some exchange, this exchange will NEVER ask KYC.
ToS/AML/KYC pages are just for the state authorities to simulate compliance and not for end users.
This is not true at all.
Monero is already listed on Kraken, Kucoin, Gate and other centralized exchanges that have mandatory kyc verification.
And other smaller exchanges can always ask for verification for any coins they have listed, not sure what ShapeBTC is doing exactly.
I only know one exchange that will never ask for any verification.

The most pointless ever thing to do that didn't help NetEx24, BitPapa (https://home.treasury.gov/news/press-releases/jy2204) and some others in the past. The so-called compliance didn't help Binance nor KuCoin to avoid the bullet either.

LE investigators gather evidence based on their own experience and not on what is written in the AML/KYC policies.

Even if that should be the case, it isn't always the case. Monero is even traded on centralized exchange, just that as the government continues its crackdown on privacy and privacy tools, so many major centralized exchanges have been delisting Monero and many other privacy coins from their platforms. You should not believe that because a platform lists Monero, they do not ask for kyc, it is not true.

You have a point and that's how it should normally be but in reality, that isn't the case with most platforms that also offer Monero exchanges [I've seen enough cases to no longer be optimistic (especially with the majority of the so-called instant/fast exchanges)].

Anonymity: You do not need to provide personal information to make an exchange. You don't even need to register.
You forgot to mention there's a big but:

Reserves: Our reserves allow the client to change cryptocurrency without any limits.
Not true. Your reserves have limits. And what is with the very high minimum limits.

I entered and exchange with XMR to USDT and the minimum amount of XMR I had to exchange was 76.44. Clear this is not an exchange for someone looking to make swaps of $50, $100

Also, the functionality of your swap page is buggy. When I change from BTC to XMR, firstly I don't see how much USDT I am supposed to receive and then on top of that current rate of BTC to USDT remains there instead of XMR to USDT

In your AML/KYC policy, you say you can confiscate funds of users who engage in 'suspicious' tx's, and they'll be requested to provide their personal data, but you fail to tell your customers how you come to the conclusion that a tx is suspicious or should be blocked, and also if you work with any blockchain analysis companies.
Fast exchanges: exchanges take place on average in 20-30 minutes.
Is this considered fast, for an instant exchange?

I had no luck figuring out how much you charge for your services, but I took a random address from the internet to partially test your services and it appears that the manner in which you measure network fees isn't that accurate:
  • Screenshot [the highest priority is roughly $3 at the moment, but you're deducting almost $48 for it]

A couple of notes:
  • You might want to consider providing support for Taproot addresses as well.
  • If I were you, I wouldn't solely rely on "AML Bot" due to occasional false-positive results.

The minimum limit for USDT BTC exchange is about $9,500, which is great for anyone who wants to use instant exchange, so reducing this percentage would be good. The service has been running since 2020 and there are few reviews for it, so spending more on promotional campaigns would be appropriate.
