this morning I tried to convert BTC to LTC at shapeshift. However, even though shapeshift reports "All Done!", no LTC appear on my Litecoin-Address. The BTC-transaction went through correctly, but the bitcoins were not touched yet.
Anyone here, who already had a similar experience?

I am really angry now.
I provided all information possible, order-ID, deposit-address, receive-address and refund-address. But no reaction from shapeshift yet.
This looks like a bug in their web interface or in the underlying software and until this problem isn't solved, I would recommend everyone, thinking about using shapeshift, to stay away!
In the current form a trade on shapeshift only creates headaches!
Finally, they answered. They claim that their system hang up and they have sent the coins back. Thanks for that.
