Your 1st to 3rd question are answered in their website. Check out: EXMOWIKI and Fees & Limits

I can't give any review as I haven't used the site. There are several threads about it for your reference (provided some below):

Btw, the official site is exmo.com
When I searched on Google, I saw exmo.me which is most likely a Phishing website.

I've reported it on:

Heya peeps! I’m *relatively* new to the crypto world and need to find out more about the exchanges currently available on the market! I’ve been hearing a lot about an exchange called EXMO? Not sure if I spelt it right? Anyway, apparently there’s quite a lot of literature about it. But I want to hear it from the horse’s mouth – or more exactly – from users’ mouths! Apart from jurisdictions available, I need to know the following things:
  • Methods of Deposits
  • Fees: deposit/withdrawals/trading
  • Limits (what’s the minimum deposit needed?) and supported currencies
  • Does it have an integrated wallet?
  • Any other info you might think of as noteworthy/helpful in making my decision
Aside from these above points, I want to find out more about liquidity. I’ve heard this exchange offers lower liquidity than some other exchanges, so I’m guessing it would be great for someone like me – who’s far from an expert. I’m looking into something that’s worth my time and money to begin my trading journey.
I’m from down under, and I’m aware not all exchanges are available in certain parts of the world, but I’m assuming a good ol’ Aussie such as myself can gain access to this exchange’s services. So, if anyone could please enlighten me on this, I’d be super grateful on any useful info you could throw my way!
