Just curious if there is a way to set up a pool so that you are credited for share difficulty you find and not just the current share diff. Example: if diff was set at 1024 and you found a share at 4096 diff, you would get 4096 shares instead of just the 1024.
Maybe statistically it doesn't make any difference, but small miners that solve a really high diff share might see a better reward.
Any ideas on this?
I invented a reward system based on this a while back, and ozcoin implemented it for a while, but they found they could no longer sustain it since it just ends up being a variant of PPS.
