We spoke with Josh and have come up with a new plan I think you’ll find attractive. We’re splitting the VaultBreakers up into 50 shares each to make them easier to get great hashrate.
Here are the facts:
1) Each share will cost $275
2) Each share will hash at 10MH/s for one year from when we bring the miner online.
2) We can accept CC’s (through Paypal for now) and BTC through Bitpay.
3) We own the hardware, you are simply purchasing hashing power.
4) Our URL to purchase is
http://store.hoosierminer.com and we are offering 15% off coupons using the code 15off to the first 10 orders. Limit 1 coupon per human
5) All sales will be refundable up until the miner ships, then all sales are final.
6) We will have a poll and each share will get one vote on what pool to use. Votes will take place once a month, or on another timeframe if the situation calls for it.
7) We reserve the right to purchase remaining shares for our own hashing.
Who are we? My name is Ryan Grimes and I'm the President of R. T. Grimes Consulting, Inc. I've been in business in Indianapolis since 2004 and we have half a rack of equipment in a local datacenter here (Expedient). Our DBA's include HoosierMac Consulting, HoosierMiner (our GAW-focused blog) and we have an excellent business reputation.
What we need you to do is to add your BTC address to the field that says “Add a note to your order” so we have it on record for payouts. If you forget, PM me and we will work it out that way.
We offer no SLA on downtime, but since we are using these miners ourselves, it's in our best interest to keep them up and running 24/7. We will test the unit prior to production, keeping you informed of progress, and proportionally rewarding everyone for any coins harvested during the test. No hidden "testing" for our own profit will occur. We will have redundant internet connections, raspberry Pi's and other necessary equipment to ensure maximum uptime. We've hosted many mission critical applications in our datacenter for years with minimal issues.
Thanks!
Ryan Grimes

If you're wondering whether or not this deal is legit, Josh, the CEO of GAW has purchased two shares personally.
