Yep...fair comment...I will take pictures of the box, invoice, and actual unit when I get back in the office on Monday.

Of Emily.

As for pictures of Emily...well you'll just have to ask her yourself.  She is nice to deal with though.

As previously mentioned...

My friend bought goods from them (A2 and A1 miners) and no problem. Fast communication unlike some other companies.
Maybe prices could be a little bit better.

Btw: I received basically a Lketc-miner of which the Lketc-label had been covered and additionally, the LCD-Screen was intentionally destroyed - my impression was that they wanted to hide that they sell Lketc-hardware.

The machine - as well as the one I ordered with Lketc - worked without any problem for about one week. Then, the PSU of both machines died. No reaction on my e-mails from Emily... also none from Lketc...

However, I bought two better PSUs, since then, both machines are working 24/7 with about 950 Gh/s.

Hey guys,

I just wanted to share my experience with the Semtong Company.  Perhaps it will help a few of you in your decision making processes.

So, like most of you I am running a bunch of Antminers and was looking for additional TH while waiting for the S3/S4 or saving up enough for the awesome SP30.  I did some searching and ended up talking to Emily at Semtong about their 1TH miner.  I found them on Alibaba, and as an IT Consultant in the UK I happen to use the Alibaba marketplace as a tremendous source of goods and knowledge.

At any rate, after Skyping with Emily for a while I decided to pull the trigger and order a single unit for $1700 delivered to UK, to "test the water".  I ordered it on the 10th of June and Emily said that it would ship the next day. the next afternoon I got a message from Emily with a Fedex Tracking number.

Then the drama...

The tracking number showed that the package had been initiated but not yet picked up.  Two days later...same status.  Emily explained that their forwarder had to send the package to Hong Kong first, before Fedex could "pick it up".  Which I suppose made a little sense but hell, I'm no shipping wonk.  Well a further 2 days passed and the unit was still waiting to be "picked up".  As you might imagine I'm starting to get really worried and a bit annoyed.  Time is money after all.

Throughout this period, I can unequivocally say that Emily provided the best support and service I could have asked for.  She was always available and never shied away from providing information, good or bad.  She even took it upon herself to figure out a way to offer a little compensation for the delay, which I appreciated.  After a week of waiting Emily managed to change shippers to DHL and provided a tracking number.  I checked the next day and saw to my horror that the status was "consignment initiated".  At which point I thought I was going to go through the same garbage as the previous week, as well as firing off a harsh message to Emily.

Fortunately, she calmed me down and later that evening I got a tracking update that the package had been picked up.  That was June the 19th.  The package arrived today and is mining away without issue.  I have since chatted with Emily who has confirmed that they will only use DHL from now on...so perhaps this won't happen again.

In summary, I would buy from Semtong again.  I've been in business long enough to know that sometimes things just don't go the way you want them to.  The key to building relationships in business is to face the music and find a way to resolve the issues that try to beat you down.  I think that Emily did that for me and for that effort I would certainly do business with her again.

As for the miner...well it's just the LKETC...and you can find plenty about them elsewhere...
