You dont need to do anything, rewards are added to your account balance by the team. But be aware that they dont add rewards immediately. Winners must wait until Sherbet financial management distribute rewards. They do it... Last time it took several weeks. They can be understood. It is easier to distribute rewards in bulk, then each week do 3-4 distribution. Anyway there is no need to hysterically refresh accounts and balance page. playsherbet will announce when the rewards are credit 
Thnx for the feedback but week's of waiting ? Had to check when last you won and records show you won in round 4 but their system of paying out doesn't take long anymore as was your case and if you check past rounds playbet as settled these quite promptly.
I think I have waited week or two before I got my reward (check when I was announced as a winner, and the date I have posted my small review). Just follow playsherbet accounts posts and he will post when rewars are distributed.
