1. Shibe07 reserves the right to Approve (Approved) or Deny (Denied/Declined) any application that it sent for consideration.

2. If your application is denied, you are not permitted to apply for another loan for 30 days.

3. If your application is approved, the loan is subject to the following conditions:
- It will be listed on the Public Register
- It must be paid in full by the due date
- It must be sent to the address provided

4. If your loan is repaid on time and at the agreed rate:
- You will be left positive feedback and trust
- Your entry on the Public Register will be marked as Settled
- You will be able to apply for another loan within 5 days

5. If your loan becomes overdue/late:
- You will be left negative feedback and trust (This can be amended if you settle your loan)
- Your entry on the Public Register will be marked as Defaulted

So I'm now looking to get more involved with Bitcoin. It's now starting to become more than a hobby for me!

I'm willing to give out Microloans to users. All you need to do to submit an application is to respond on this thread answering the following questions:

*Secured means you must submit collateral for your loan to be accepted. Secured loans normally get a lower interest rate and normally mean you can loan more! Collateral will always be held by a Third Party, namely monbux. If you fail to repay your loan on time without asking for an extension, we reserve the right to liquidate your collateral.

I'll normally get back to you between 1 - 24 hours. If you are accepted, your loan will be posted in the window below to record our deal. This will then be updated when the loan becomes either: Settled or Defaulted.

After a deal, trust feedback will be left to confirm if you are trustworthy or not. If you come back for another loan in the future, you will be entitled to a higher amount than previous and more than an 80% chance of being accepted (for any other loans after your first).
