In his topic, the author lists and "highly recommends" casinos, i.e. services that accept BNB. So, the main purpose of the author of the topic is to draw attention to the listed casinos (services), not to discuss BNB. I think the "Service Discussion (Altcoins)" section is appropriate for this topic.

The ops in question is doing a systemic advertisement for those casinos because I don't see anything special about a casino accepting BNB that is worth creating a thread or even a review for, and if you read through that thread that the ops posted the link you discover that the ops in that topic did not do any much analysis on those casinos other than Just mentioning them and saying a few positive things about them which to me is suspicious and bias since none of the top casinos that we know make that list yet he call the review a complete review, and like we already mentioned in that thread, or very possible that those casinos pay to get their name's listed on the ops top3.

As a moderator I would probnably move that topic to Altcoin Gambling board, if something like that exists, but I think Gambling board is not so strict like the rest of the bitcointalk forum.
You can try reporting it moderators and send them a link to your topic as explanation.

I am bitcoin maximalist and seeing the following thread I thought I would report it to be moved to the altcoins section since the OP is only interested in one shitcoin, BNB.

BNBcasino.io - Binance Coin (BNB) Casinos

As from time to time in the Services or Bitcoin discussion section some thread tries to sneak in that is only about altcoins, or pays only with altcoins, and upon reporting them they get moved to the alts section, I was wondering what could be done with a thread like that.

I understand that the possibility of creating a gambling subforum in the altcoins section is ruled out by the few threads like that, which only talk about gambling in altcoins.
