Ahh, I see you truly mean shitcoins on your title xd. Actually, I don't have too much experience with it, but I guess you can fetch directly the price, cap, etc API on the DEX. For the new token, I took a quick glance at BSCscan and Etherscan API docs, it does not mention anything near that. So, I guess you need to somehow directly fetch it directly on the network, or find any services that provide that like Bitquery(https://bitquery.io/blog/newly-created-etheruem-token).
