You open a proper scam accusation thread like you were told and i'll check it out. If he has in fact not paid you I will tag him.
So what do you want the community to do? Either open up a proper scam accusation and leave him a negative or suck it up and move on. There's nothing anyone can do for you except him, and if you think he scammed you, you posted this in the wrong section.
