The correct answer is: BUY MORE! At first I was tempted just by the free coins (who would not?), but then I got caught up by the friendly community and history of the coin, which leads back to the year 2013. The current version is not the same, but a reboot with a lot of changes, and I really like what I have seen. You simply have to determine if you are just trying to grab and or invest, or if you believe in a project like this one, to participate and stick along. I mean, if you read about a dev-less self-sustaining crypto-currency that is powered by an AI named Jarvis and that does not require mining to stay operational with very low power requirements for block generation, who would not stop and take a deeper look? I honestly completely lost oversight with all the ICOs popping up like mushrooms, they all have interesting ideas, whitepapers, large teams and a lot of social media presence, but it makes a difference if you put in your money or if you get a head start with a rather large airdrop and a promising future. Reading more about Marinecoìn made me believe in the project in a way, that I intend to buy more coins after I already got the free airdrop coins. Getting the airdrop coins really was just the start, their proof of promotion requirement and the new ICO rules makes each member a lot more involved in their rapidly growing community, which also ensures a fair and decentralized distribution of the majority of the coins. If you believe in something and it has value to you, do not sell. So in fact the better answer to the OP question is to buy more and hodl! But why would someone even try to sell his coins after the ICO has finished? This does not make sense at all because it would only decrease the value. I do not think that you can make quick money that way, because how can the value of a coin even be determined right after the ICO has ended? Once a new coin has hit a DEX first and some stupid guys try to sell, value goes down for that reason only without evaluation of the project itself. as far as i remembered,they're only offering altcoins Short and Long position on their margin.
(i used it a few months ago from 2015 until 2016).
from my own experienced,they're only offering us a 'Lending' system instead on Bitcoin margin(short and long).

I think Poloniex may have that feature. I used Poloniex a couple of years ago and they had margin trading but I never used that. I can’t say for sure if it included short selling or if it was just buying on margin.

Another option is shorting using a Bitcoin ETF. I think there are a couple of exchange traded funds through regular stock market trading available.

If you have enough patience to hold Bitcoin for a long time, you will probably be a millionaire, because BTCs never go down and they will rise again, and by the end of 2018 they will probably be over 25k. $. That's my personal guess.

Anyhow, I was wondering the same. I don't know what bitmex offers, but I probably will do soon a synthetic short, using one of the futures available.

Some exchanges that offer margin trading, like GDAX, might allow also short selling. But those I know require a certain volume (institutional accounts) which I don't yet qualify for.

Btw, just checked bitmex. They also don't offer shorting of bitcoin. They offer a contract on bitcoin that can be shorted, but I would be careful and look into the correlation between the two.

u might want to do it over BTC-USDT, there are some exchange that has that like bittrex.
just make sure be a healthy trader and dont go down far.
Day trade is the thing you want and it is very good thing to earn, but not all the time you will win so be careful.

Many have good exchange in the crypto market. You can selling them your Bitcoin as your like that.but my suggest tell them good profit advice. You can got still holding and wait Bitcoin going up.

I think if you want short selling you can do it on any exchange but i suggest you to use Livecoin.net That exchange very user friendly with huge volume and yes you can place some money like USD on that.  

You can short sell bitcoin at almost any exchange, if you are interested in margin trading I would suggest you to use Bitmex, as it supports future contracts trading and also enables trading with large margins and the site has been going for really long and they proved being legit.

If you want to use regular exchange, I can suggest you to use Bitfinex/Bitstamp as they have the largest bitcoin volume and also supports margin trading up to 3X.
Careful while shorting bitcoin with margin as bitcoin is really volatility and with margin it is even more dangerous.

1.In my opinion, the best current exchange to trade short bitcoin is bitmex. Trade bitmex fee is not too high. Bitmex also has a margin, suitable for short-term trade in this market. There is little precedent kill margin.

I agree with your suggestions, make sales or trade briefly remain vigilant should always monitor the market, and always puts a trusted, one of them bittrex as you mentioned.

Bitcoin is getting more and more known. Therefore, sites are trying to adapt more and more to the cryptocurrency world. I don't know any site that sell books, but i am pretty sure there is one. But, instead of buying ebooks, I think it is easier to just cash your bitcoins and buy real books. It is  better because not all books can be found online.

Bitmex seems the best choice for you, just dont over extend yourself with margins and leveraged positions. Market is moving and REKTing both longs and shorts quickly.

well short selling might not be such a good idea currently especially with the market taking such a dip, and the prices so low, but if thats the direction you want to take then you can try BItrex, i think it might work

Investing is a number of ways if you want your investment to be short selling so you can get your profit right then that's one of the ways to invest if you're selling short of that but it's worth your time long selling you can make it long and patience and definitely worth the effort and greatness of your efforts.

You place your USD on the BTC buy order book, and just wait the others sell their bitcoin to you.

That's very cool, I can do that too, maybe we can do in exchange like bittrex, binance or poloniex, maybe that's a good choice to do.

Those who panic selling usually do short-term trading to take the price below their sale, but for those who invest long-term will not do like that, and everyone has his own way, I think that's a natural thing in the trade.
