I am new here, and happy to have found this forum!
What makes you think you even have a 1% chance of getting a loan around here ? Did you not check the lending threads before opening a new one ? Please lock this thread and read the forum rules before opening threads.
I don't know where you come from but collateral is needed to take any loan anywhere in the world,it surprises me how you nebwies confidently open lending requests as if forum is known of giving out free money.

I am new here, and happy to have found this forum! The information here is extensive, and one of the greatest Bitcoin resources I've seen on the web.
I am looking to obtain a small short-term to pay an immediate utility bill this week and it will be paid back in full (plus interest) in 10 days on 12/1/2017 by 12 PM (EST) that day. The utility company needs this payment this week and I will receive my full bi-weekly paycheck on 12/1/2017 which will allow me to pay back the full repayment amount.
Loan Amount: 0.026 BTC
Repay: 0.038 BTC
Reason: Utility Bill Payment
Term Length: 10 Days
