This is a whole new type of random winning game, a small lottery of sorts.
To win in this game
I'll be taking the transaction-hash from the first submitted player that sends in a chance to play, and be converting the first 12 Hex digits (to keep from using absolutely huge numbers) to Decimal, and whoever has the number closest to zero after subtracting block timestamp of last entry, wins 97% of the pool. The base play is 1BTC, however, anything above (up to 10 BTC) gets the answer divided by the number of BTC the person sent.
I'll do the calculation to determine the winner exactly 24 hours after this post.
If less then 3 or people play, all funds will be returned (minus transaction fees.)
