Some coins might look like a good coin but I can tell you that they always turn out to be something else, this is why I always tell people to be very careful when investing in any project and do a very good research about the project before making purchase of their coin because you might end up purchasing a coin that don't have real value and would never have real value in the future because the project itself don't have any real life value to offer it's investors.

I believe the price of POWR token is at the bottom now. Correct me if I'm wrong but the ICO price before was $1 above and now it cost only $.13 . If I were you, I will buy some now and be profitable when the market will have a huge pump. Who knows? It can be doubled or tripled it's price and you will benefit from it.

Really don't know, maybe will have a chance to grow but i don't think the price will go up too much if people are not interested and not buy coins, but maybe 3x will happen on bull run.
I think it is really undervalued especially in usd terms i personally feel it will hit over $2 in next bull season and if we talk with reference to btc even then it seems to hqve 3 to 5x potential in value.
you are asking the wrong question because you should never buy an altcoin when you think it is at the "bottom". it is because the altcoins don't have any bottoms, the real bottom for 95% of them is 0 which they will eventually reach.
instead you should buy an altcoin when it is starting to get pumped. meaning when you say the price is surging upwards withing a short timeframe and with a huge volume. that is when it is worth buying that altcoin. but be careful because you have to dump it before others do.

We really do not need to look at the current price of POWR. for me, it is a fairly normal altcoin and has no development potential. For energy businesses, it will be very difficult to bring profits to investors. As of now, altcoins are growing but POWR is not. that is a bad sign and it has no growth potential.

I checked the POWR chart in April and found it a good time to buy it because it reached the bottom. Trading volume has increased, and this is the signal for growth to begin. I think I will have some investments in POWR, thank you for sharing it here and I think POWR is a potential option. 
PowerLedger is a great asset to hodl, it is backed by some real rich and technical team. I personally has interaction with Megan who used to be designated as Marketing women for them and she was awesome with her clear agenda and they did boomed in crypto boom market. Now i think you should wait a little more then invest. The bull is not yet confirmed.

I see quite little team based in Australia, but after analysing several linkedin profiles I have feeling that them have skills in blockchain industry. Some experts named it as one of the perspective project in energetics from Australia. In my opinion, the project conditions should be supervised carefully and as many other coins POWR will depend on whole market conjuncture. Not just the price. It is more important to analyze how is the team doing. Are they still busy with the development or they are slacking and just waiting for the investors to forget about them. If they are still actively developing the product and the price keeps on dropping, you should check the support level, if there is none, then it has not bottomed yet, so not time to buy and need to wait. Aside from that TA is not all that you can use to check on coin, fundamental analysis is way more important.

I don't mind to buy those coins but only after I research more information and analyze in the market. I don't want to get blindly to buy the coin without doing analysis. And if the coin is worth to buy, then I guess I will buy that coin.

Hmm the last major press release was late 2018, so why do you think the team isn't active anymore? Couldnt find any evidence on Twitter/FB that this is true? Would be very nice if you could share any article regarding this! 
At first, I thought it could have a good future but I don't think POWR could still go more because its current value is really low. There are also holders who have regrets in buying it. They consider it a dead coin right now. The team isn't active anymore so I don't know if they could do something to help the coin recover again.

My question is why must Powr and can you tell me the reason? the price of powr still remain stable and at this situation you can't determine about how low the bottom price for the powr coin itself. I just try to suggest you buy that coin partially. But this look the best time to start it.
