I've signed up for advcash, deposited money in there because I needed a credit card, only to find that after they've confirmed the deposit there was a message saying the card was not available in my country anymore.
I asked for a refund and they refused. They say I should use paypal, but the third party will charge high fees.
I'm not asking for a withdraw, I'm asking for a refund, I did that the same day they told me I wasn't going to be able to use their credit card service.
