You mean create your own topic? There is no requirement needed in creating a thread, but make sure that the topic you are creating can be useful to each and everyone of us, new question related to crypto, and no use of local language. If you want to create post using your native language, then it must be in local board.

Anyone can create an ANNouncement thread... there are just restrictions on what you can and cannot post within the thread.Newbies cannot post images... you'll need to be a Jr. Member or higher... or buy a copper membership if you want to post images. Also, newbies have restrictions on how often they can post and/or send private messages (PMs)
Fairly sure that anyone can add links... you can try it yourself... just use the [ url ] [ /url ] tags... like this:
